Sensitive and Clean modes are standard programs for general, everyday cleaning. White mode focuses on removing surface dirt. And ExtraCare mode is a gentler mode for protecting and massaging your gums. The QuadPacer timer makes sure you spend the right amount of time in each part of your mouth. The oral cavity is divided into four areas, and when you've completed a 30-second cleaning of each area, the brush reminds you to move on to the next area. And the ION Sonic toothbrush also makes sure you brush your teeth for the generally recommended 2 minutes.
